About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Compunnel Inc. in a dynamic case management role.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to secure their consent for directing their case to a preferred pharmacy. You will also explain the advantages of our Case Management program, which offers patients extra care and support for managing their treatment and pharmacy-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to Group Benefit customers to obtain consent for redirecting their case to a designated pharmacy.
  • Providing clear explanations of the Case Management program, including its features and benefits.
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to group benefits, pharmacy options, and the Case Management program.
  • Accurately documenting and updating customer interactions and consent in the system in a timely manner.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken) is required. While the role will primarily be conducted in English, the ability to manage French-language requests is essential.
  2. Prior customer service experience, especially in a phone-based role, is preferred.
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with the Canadian healthcare system and pharmaceutical drugs is an asset.

Education:

  • Minimum of high school completion.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
