We are seeking a skilled River Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in British Columbia, Canada.

As a key member of our Water Resources group, you will be responsible for leading engineering assessment and design for river infrastructure projects, including water intakes, outfalls, dams, weirs, fishways, flood mitigation, erosion control, river training, and protective works.

You will also manage projects, administer contracts, and control budgets, as well as write proposals and business development initiatives. Additionally, you will prepare contract documents, including detailed design drawings and specifications, and provide construction contract administration and site inspection services.

Your expertise in hydraulic modeling software, such as HEC-RAS, will be essential in this role. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong desire to grow in your career in a challenging environment that fosters self-improvement through leadership, mentoring, and diversity of experience.

To be successful in this position, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering, and over 10 years of consulting experience directly related to river engineering, hydrotechnical engineering, and water resources. Registration as a professional engineer with EGBC is also required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
