Lead Store Experience Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Supervisor to join our team at Designer Brands as a key contributor to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in leading by example, fostering inclusivity, and driving business results through outstanding customer service.
About the Role:
As a (Full-time) Supervisor, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a pivotal role in leading the store environment. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals set by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute operational excellence will be essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assume a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
• Facilitate achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Coach and provide feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store proficiently.
