Regional Sales Growth Manager

At Regal Rexnord, a leading global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates worldwide, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Development Specialist to spearhead our expansion in Eastern Canada. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to join a strong sales team within a rapidly growing organization.
This role is responsible for driving the go-to-market sales strategy and developing our channel to market. You will serve as a critical sales team member, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered rapid revenue and margin growth objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
