We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Milestones Grill & Bar. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menu items, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation
  • Requisition and manage kitchen supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Inspect kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
