Senior Public Relations and Communications Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Public Relations and Communications to join our team at Neo Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's external and internal communications strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, with experience in developing and implementing strategic communication plans that drive business results. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day PR activities, including press releases, influencer programs, and editorial content designed to raise awareness and drive engagement.

This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with senior leadership to advise, influence, and prepare both internal and external communications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely information flow.

About You:

  • University Degree: Communications, Government Relations, or Media Relations
  • Years of Experience: 7+ years in Communication, preferably with written communication experience
  • Skills: Strategic planning, writing, public relations, media relations, event planning, and project management
