Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of autonomous flight systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and assess emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of program management experience in Aerospace
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with MS Project, scrum/agile methodologies, and JIRA task management
  • Knowledge of complex, highly coupled aircraft systems or avionics systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical data
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
