Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Right at Home Mississauga North In Home Care and Assistance. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to ensure our clients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Encourage regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain physical mobility and overall health.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • CPR Certificate.
