Operations Manager

Citrine Homes Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. This includes preparing annual budgets, planning and administering budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies, and preparing reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for supervising working groups, hiring and training staff, and ensuring that all administrative services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail. They will also be able to make sound judgments and decisions, and will be committed to upholding the values and ethics of Citrine Homes Ltd.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
