Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to assist the Account/Business Manager in technical sales, customer relationship management, and program management. The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B environment, preferably in injection molding, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Program Manager will be responsible for direct interaction with customers, sales teams, and operations teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
  • Working closely with the Account/Business Manager, the Program Manager will promote StackTeck's values and foster strong relationships with customers.
  • The role involves managing milestones, updates, test scheduling, monitoring mold tests, and ensuring customer delivery of materials for mold qualification.
  • The Program Manager will also facilitate customer approval prior to shipment, organize daily agendas, and wrap up meetings for customer visits.
Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a Program, Projects or Customer Service in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and working knowledge of program/project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt to changing priorities.

Location and Salary

The successful candidate will be based at our convenient location with quick access to highways 407 and 427, and public transit nearby. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
