Alterations Specialist

**Job Title:** Men's Garment Alterations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mens Garment Alterations Specialist to join our team at Epic Menswear. As a key member of our alterations team, you will be responsible for making made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications, fitting, altering, and repairing garments as required.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Make made-to-measure garments according to customer and manufacturing specifications.
• Fitting, alter and repair garments as required.
• Lay out, cut, sew and press materials to make hats.
• Make, alter, or re-style fur garments and accessories.
• Operate sewing machines or sew by hand.
• Select and modify commercial patterns to customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications and fit.
• Design patterns to fit measurements.
• Mark, cut and sew fabric.

**Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Ability to distinguish between colors.
• Physically demanding.
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
