We are currently hiring for a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional client service in a professional office environment. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming smile
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage and sort mail and correspondence with precision and attention to detail
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
- A professional and courteous demeanor at all times
