Senior Product Manager, Security and Identity Expert

The OpportunityWe're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Product team, focusing on identity and product security. This individual will drive the future roadmap for our identity and access management (IAM) capabilities, working closely with our engineering team to ensure Grammarly's product security meets the expectations of our largest enterprise customers.
As Senior Product Manager for Identity & Security, you'll set the product direction for the Identity & Security area, focused on delivering differentiated value to our enterprise customers. You'll drive high-velocity execution with cross-functional partners to deliver impact, gain a deep understanding of customer opportunities, needs, and pain points, and work with your design and engineering peers to evaluate solutions and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities- Set the product direction for the Identity & Security area, focused on delivering differentiated value to our enterprise customers.
- Drive high-velocity execution with cross-functional partners to deliver impact.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer opportunities, needs, and pain points.
- Work with your design and engineering peers to evaluate solutions and technical feasibility.
- Passionate about product security and has a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in this space.
- Has a deep technical understanding of pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional value to users.
- Has strong leadership abilities, setting direction and operations in a complex space while also building solid relationships.
- Has experience with earlier-stage product development and getting creative to quickly drive learning and impact.
- Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset understanding to define success and move critical metrics.
- Helps build environments that foster close partnerships with other product managers and cross-functional teams from Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Marketing, and more.

- Is able to meet in person for their team's scheduled collaboration weeks, traveling if necessary to the hub where their team is based.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
United States:
Zone 1: $245,000 – $280,000/year (USD)
Zone 2: $220,000 – $250,000/year (USD)
