About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sofari Collections Limited. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including opening and distributing mail, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, client focus, reliability, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
