Building Maintainer

Position Overview
This role is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the building, including dry wall patching, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for event setup and tear down, as well as installing, reconfiguring, and repairing modular workstations and office setups. Other duties include installing interior artwork and completing various carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance, custodial, carpentry, MEP's, and/or commercial office furniture.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, carpentry, MEP's, and/or commercial office furniture.
- Experience completing tasks using work order management software.
- Prior experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.
