Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Service Technician with Hines, you will oversee technical and mechanical work at multifamily properties to meet the company's standards. Responsibilities include completing assigned work orders, overseeing property grounds, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred
  • Two or more years of property maintenance or related industry experience
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
  • Appropriate EPA Certifications for refrigerant recycling
  • Driver's license to operate machinery on property
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organization, and strong multitasking abilities

Working Requirements:

This role requires working indoors approximately 80% of the time and outdoors approximately 20% of the time. You must be able to lift 25 lbs or more, climb stairs and ladders, and access remote work areas and confined spaces.
