Job Description:

Diamond Sweets & Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless table service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, providing them with an excellent dining experience.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Will train on the job.
