The Role: Physiotherapist
As a physiotherapist with our Rehabilitation Team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Professional assessment of patients in their homes and communities
- Developing and maintaining effective care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Working with patients to achieve measurable goals and outcomes
- Providing guidance on workplace health and safety
What You Bring
- Masters degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Proven computer skills and strong assessment abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (French an asset)
