Restaurant Operations Manager

Civilia Golf Retreat is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for budgeting and planning.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications (e.g., Serving It Right Certificate).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
