About the Role:

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Parking Lot Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parking facilities, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a facility management setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and equipment maintenance procedures would be an asset.
