Agricultural Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors and provide information about the company's services and operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, forwarding requests to relevant staff members.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, manage conference rooms, and maintain visitor records and client databases.
- Maintain a professional atmosphere at the reception desk and waiting area.
- Support the team in performing general administrative tasks and collaborate with other departments for an effective workflow.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, presentable appearance, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
