About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro-Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
