Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, code, and test features, improvements, and bug fixes for our internal tools and products.
  • Contribute to work sizing and planning in an agile environment.
  • Champion features and tools to the entire company, providing real-world improvements to their ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Interact with internal teams and clients to understand and deliver on their requirements.
  • Demonstrate and promote Lightship Core Values within the organization.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a motivated and innovative individual who is passionate about providing real-world value to our certification delivery team. You will be responsible for building software, modifying existing software, and directing system testing and validation procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or information technology.
  • Proficiency in Go, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Python, C, CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS.
  • Experience with rapid development cycles in a web-based environment.
  • Strong scripting and test automation abilities.
  • Proven ability to document design processes.
