Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Consultant, Program Design & Policy to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in informing and developing policy, programs, and processes that meet the needs of our clients. Your strong analytical skills and ability to engage with stakeholders will be essential in conducting policy research, assessing findings, and making recommendations to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct policy research and analysis to inform policy development and program design
• Develop and communicate policy recommendations to decision-makers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, business administration, social work, or a related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working with government policies and programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills
