Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the implementation of Revit and BIM (Building Information Modelling) solutions within our organization. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project outcomes and driving innovation in our design and construction processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience with Revit software, including modelling, drafting, and data management. A strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams on Revit and BIM best practices
- Develop and implement Revit and BIM standards and protocols across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions using Revit and BIM
- Mentor and train junior team members on Revit and BIM skills and workflows
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Revit and BIM technology

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Revit software design and application
- Strong knowledge of MEP, architectural, and structural design principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Agile sprint-based team assignment and organizational structure
- Ability to work with remote enabling technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, Go To Meeting etc.
- Engineering/Architectural/Construction Industry experience beneficial
