The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience overseeing a field operations team and a bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.

**Job Summary:**
The Field Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Field Service Technicians and ensuring timely and exceptional service is deployed to all our customers in their region.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to analyze service data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
They will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of service activities and managing inventory at the branch level.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute all proactive and reactive services, including preventative maintenance, equipment installations, and on-site repairs.
- Provide technical training for Field Service Technicians under their purview.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including job orders, client interactions, and equipment status.
- Analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all field service operations are conducted in accordance with health and safety policies & regulations.
- Manage staffing levels and needs for their given region, including employee relations, hiring, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with peers and other managers to ensure the success of cross-functional initiatives.
- Accountable for achieving KPIs and productivity goals set for their team.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience overseeing a field operations team required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Forklift Certified preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel.
