About the Job:



At Brandson Ventures Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparation, portioning, and serving food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Work Environment:

Requirements:
