Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team at H & M Sran Holding LTD. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques to improve overall efficiency.
  • Load and unload goods with precision and care.
  • Oversee the condition of your vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs when necessary.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to maintain the highest level of vehicle maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch and relay important information as needed.
  • Record accurate cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo is a top priority.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and other computer equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically demanding role that requires repetitive tasks, sitting, and working in dusty environments.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
