Professional Disaster Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients in their time of need.
About the Role- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service calls and ensuring all customer needs are met.
- Perform restoration services as assigned, adhering to SERVPRO production guidelines.
- Maintain open communication with the crew chief to guarantee seamless operations.
- Support the crew chief and other production personnel as needed.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
- Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
- Ensure job sites are left with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
- Foster clear two-way communication with the crew chief and other technicians regarding customer needs and concerns.
- Conduct end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Understand and adhere to safety and risk management guidelines on job sites, in the office, and while traveling.
- Demonstrate effective oral communication skills.
- Possess experience in cleaning/restoration (preferably).
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Obtain IICRC certifications (preferably).
- Be able to travel locally and out of state as necessary.
- Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
- Regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Exposure to chemicals.
- Walking and standing for extended periods, driving, sitting, climbing, etc.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawlspaces under buildings).
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects.
The estimated salary for this role is $23-$25 per hour.
