Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Toronto Spray Foam Insulation Inc. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including operating heavy equipment, performing manual labor, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and excavators
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting
  • Assist in the construction process, including preparing sites, laying foundations, and installing materials
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
