Job Title: Business General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Beauty First. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize department establishment, and coordinate regional work.
  • Leadership: Establish objectives, formulate policies, and represent the organization in negotiations.
  • People Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, and create optimal working conditions.
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and tight deadlines.
