Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Chiropractic Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to our chiropractors, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist chiropractors with patient care, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
  • Assist with physical examinations, including setting up treatment rooms and preparing patients for exams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
  • Collaborate with the chiropractic team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
