Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Nectar Yoga Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
