About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Easy Liquor Inc. in a liquor and wine store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, discussing merchandise, and assisting with sales transactions.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain sales records, order and receive liquor and other supplies, and maintain inventories to ensure a well-stocked store.
  • Operational Tasks: Operate cash registers, conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Adaptability, efficiency, hardworking, proactive, organized, reliability, team player, and client focus.
