Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flooring Installation Team Lead to join our team at Barr-None Flooring. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for managing job sites, supervising team members, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Job Sites: Oversee the installation process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise Team Members: Train, mentor, and guide team members on flooring products and installation methods.
  • Install Flooring: Install wood and click system flooring, including laminate and vinyl, to the highest standards.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets company standards and quality expectations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years Experience: Proven experience in flooring installation, with a strong understanding of hardwood, engineered, and click products.
  • Drivers License: Possess a valid driver's license to transport materials and equipment.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability in meeting project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Flooring Products: Have a thorough understanding of flooring products, including wood and click systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage team members.
