Job SummaryWe are seeking an ECE Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare facilities. This includes maintaining a safe and healthy environment, engaging with children, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with children through various activities, games, and educational programs.
- Support the preparation of nutritious meals and snacks for children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and needs.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Current legal ability to work in Canada.
- Proximity to the advertised location.
- Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
