Job Overview:
Kelly Services is currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Enfield, NS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for working in a specialized manufacturing environment, utilizing manual machines and tools, and related software.

Salary Information:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $21-$23.93, depending on experience. Additionally, the role offers 4% vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, and comprehensive health and dental benefits coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work effectively in a team environment, adhering to outlined policies and procedures
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Clean work equipment and area, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment
• Complete and update paperwork, including documents on a computer, as required
• Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and provide updates as necessary

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or GED equivalent education
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, with a background in warehouse and manufacturing environments
• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in software related to manual machines and tools
• Reliable personal transportation, with a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Background Check and favorable Credit Check
• CSA safety footwear – steel toe boots – a must-have for this role
