Sales Team Lead

At CUSTOM KART INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Establish work schedules and ensure the sales team is working efficiently
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is accurately recorded and managed
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Client focus and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands
