Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2276794 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
