Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Canada Ltd. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication among team members.

This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College diploma or certificate in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
