At Dräger, our passion is to protect, support and save lives. We are dedicated to creating a work environment that reflects this mission. Our employees are the backbone of our company, and without them, we wouldn't be where we are today - a world leader in medical and safety technology.

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Product Support: Providing local product champion services, handling product questions, and providing field support to sales teams through customer visits, conference calls, webinars, etc.
  • Product Launches: Setting local prices in SAP based on market needs and profitability objectives, confirming content of data sheets, brochures, and sales deliverables, and conducting price and positioning workshops.
  • Communication to Sales: Generating communication to sales teams to promote the Draeger brand, raise awareness of new products, and notify of key events.
  • Marketing Communications: Leading marketing budgeting, planning, and execution for national and key events, developing and executing local marketing communications plans, and creating customer educational programs to improve retention rates.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards for medical device marketing professionals in Canada.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Our company culture values employee well-being and supports work-life balance.

This is a Safety Sensitive position, requiring regular drug and alcohol screenings. You will need to possess a valid driver's license and international travel documents. The work environment is an office setting with long hours spent working on a computer terminal.
