Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Erie Beach Hotel Limited. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
