Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A and B Ventures Ltd. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure we have everything we need to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met in all aspects of our food service, from preparation to presentation.
  • Manage budgets and prepare cost estimates to ensure we are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into our business performance.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and leadership skills. You will work in a team setting, supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to work in a demanding environment.
