Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Lamborghini Vancouver. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including arranging for maintenance and repair work.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the operation of the service department.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Initiative and the ability to take the lead on projects and tasks.
