Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at AEON Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment within our warehouse and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Develop and implement plans to optimize warehouse operations and logistics
  • Organize and maintain accurate records and logs of inventory, shipments, and equipment
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operation of our logistics network
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and report preparation
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Track and manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
