About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. As an administrative coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and establish effective office procedures and routines to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order and manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company and services.
  • Develop and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as proofread for errors and consistency.
  • Enter data into our system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

Work Details

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.
