Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Accounting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and other documentation.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including training, guidance, and feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
