Solution Delivery Manager IT Enterprise Applications

As a key member of our IT team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our enterprise applications. You will work closely with our procurement team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to business problems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs and develop effective solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Work with our procurement team to prioritize backlogs and develop project plans
- Own and address business incidents from identification through resolution
- Identify opportunities for improvement within business processes and technology solutions
- Collaborate with our managed services team to support procurement and fleet management applications
- Understand and advocate for enterprise strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to assess downstream impacts to procurement
- Champion continuous improvement within the IT team
- Graduate of a recognized university with a degree in computer science, engineering, business, or other relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in supporting ERP applications solution design and development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with supporting procurement-related applications
- Experience with SAP Ariba, FieldGlass, and other cloud-based procurement and fleet management solutions is an asset
- Ability to travel
- Adept at building and maintaining strong working relationships and collaborating and communicating effectively in a business environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with decentralized and remote teams
- Experience working with and leading off-shore teams is a strong preference
- Superior time management skills and ability to support multiple project initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in translating business problems into detailed requirements and technical specifications
- Adept at developing business cases, requirement documentation, and test plans to support system activity
- History of serving as technical lead and/or project manager on project initiatives
- Demonstrates history of continuous training and learning in technology, leadership, and communication
- Experience applying the processes of the software development life cycle
