As a key member of our leadership team, the Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
* Conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in management
* Strong computer and technology skills, including MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows
* Experience in medical instruments and devices, brand management, and security and safety
* Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, and organizational skills
