About the Role
- You will be responsible for processing orders from external customers and operations employees, maintaining accurate inventory tracking, and compiling related statistics.
- You will also prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, providing exceptional quality customer service along the way.
- In addition, you will maintain strong relationships with your teammates and customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- You possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with the public.
- You have good working relationships with your teammates and customers, with organized habits and attention to detail.
- You are proficient in digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environment.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
